We're looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Adelaide Banking Finance team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to a team of lawyers and business professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements;
Preparing and editing documents, including contracts and correspondence;
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems;
Supporting the billing cycle, including end-of-month reconciliations and client billing protocols;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience as an EA or legal secretary, preferably in a litigation environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills;
Proficiency in MS Office applications and other software relevant to the role;
