Job Overview: Fluid Recruitment is delighted to support our client in their search for a high-performing legal administrator to support their growing CBD-based team. This is a newly created role to cater for growth within their practice and overall team, sitting alongside an established dynamic team of employment law professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team
Manage diaries and organize appointments
Book travel and meeting rooms
Co-ordinate mediations and other events
Liaise with clients and other third parties
Assist with end of month billings and financial management
Prepare and collate documentation
Manage files and maintain accurate records
Support the team while assisting partners with overall management of their team, workflows, and client base
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a practicing firm (NZ, AU, or UK)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
