Legal Services Assistant (Paralegal Track)
Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal / Legal Services Assistant, which will involve a blend of administrative support, client communication, case management, intake support, litigation support, and general legal operations.

Most Important
While experience matters, we place even greater value on work ethic, ownership, coachability, professionalism, and cultural fit. Skills can be taught. Attitude, integrity, and initiative are much harder to develop.
An exceptional candidate with less legal experience may be a stronger fit than a more experienced candidate who lacks those qualities.
OUR CULTURE
We view feedback as a gift and believe that growth requires both humility and coachability. As a result, we actively invest in learning, professional development, and personal growth. We believe continuous learning is a competitive advantage and encourage our team members to develop themselves both inside and outside the office.
Our culture is built on professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. We strive to create an environment where people support one another, communicate openly, solve problems collaboratively, and take pride in helping both clients and teammates succeed.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In-office in Leesburg, Virginia; future hybrid flexibility may be available based on performance and firm needs
Hourly compensation generally ranging from $24-$40+ per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability
Performance-based bonuses may be available
Additional benefits are expected to be added as the firm continues to grow
Most importantly, we offer significant long-term growth opportunities.
We are intentionally building this firm for the future. The person we hire today will have an opportunity to help shape not only their own role, but the future growth of Cerulean Law Group itself. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not simply fill a seat.
