Role & responsibilitiesDraft and issue notices under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and coordinate cheque bounce case filings.Assist in handling criminal complaints, FIR-related matters, and court proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC).Prepare legal documents including complaints, affidavits, petitions, and replies.Coordinate with advocates, police authorities, and court officials.Track case progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory timelines.Provide regular case status updates and support senior counsel during hearings.
