About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented legal research and content specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in researching complex laws and reviewing and writing concise responses to various questions on different sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research on a wide range of topics by referring to statutes, regulations, case law, and legal doctrines. Draft clear, concise, and accurate answers to law-related questions, ensuring content is accessible and understandable for a non-legal audience. Review and analyze legal content, including research summaries and responses, for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to formatting and style guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to writers and analysts to help them improve the quality and structure of their work. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay up to date with legal developments, emerging trends, and changes in legislation to provide relevant and timely information. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Participate in content planning and strategy sessions to align with organizational goals and audience needs.
Qualifications, experience, and educational requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in legal research, writing, or a similar role. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to write in a clear, concise, and structured manner. Familiarity with legal research platforms.
