Role - Legal Research Assistant
Educational Qualification :-
1. Bachelor’s Degree in LAW.
2. Law Degree (JD or LLB) – Preferred for more advanced positions, especially in law firms or legal research institutions.
Skills Competencies
• Strong Research Skills: Proficiency with legal databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law) must be updated about all the innovative field in law from crypto laws ,gaming laws,forex laws market regulator related laws.Must be skillful enough to write good articles.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal documents.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in reading and documenting legal information.
• Writing Skills: Drafting memos, reports, and legal summaries clearly and concisely.
• Communication Skills: For presenting findings to attorneys or clients.
Experience
• Internships at law firms, courts, or legal research organizations.
• Legal Assistant or Paralegal Roles to gain hands-on experience.
