Role & responsibilities
- To meet deadlines and perform effectively under time pressure.
- To leverage experience from the NBFC/Banking sector.
- To utilize proven experience in collections and legal operations.
- To demonstrate robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- To collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- To manage the complete lifecycle of the Loss Pool process.
- To maintain and update Loss DCL records accurately.
- To execute and monitor Loss Legal Tools effectively.
- To handle hard bucket collections and loss recovery activities.
- To apply knowledge of Hard Bucket Collection, Legal Tools, Loss Pool Management, and Loss on Sales processes
