Job Description
Role & responsibilities
KRA & ROLE:-
• To appear & handle all kind of For & against cases.
• This role involves tasks like litigation management.
• Drafting & legal documents
• Ensuring compliance, giving litigation & non-litigation support to banking, collection, Recovery team & business.
• Working on laws/ handling cases related to
• Sec. 138 NI Act & sec. 25 PASA Act,
• Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
• Consumer, Civil & Criminal cases & disputes.
• Banking laws like RDDBFI ACT
• SARFAESI ACT
• Insolvency & bankruptcy code 2016 etc.
• Other requirements: Multi-Tasking Good Personality, excellent communication skills, energetic and flexible,
• Excellent analysis and execution of legal Strategies.
• Strong sense of Integrity & ownership
• Computer literacy (Microsoft word/excel etc.)
Preferred candidate profile
• Industry type banking Litigations For & Against cases
• Position: Manager Legal , Location Jodhpur Rajasthan
• Eligibility; Minimum Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B),
• Post qualification Work Experience in Legal Role: Between 3yrs to 5 yrs.
