Purpose of the Role To manage all legal matters relating to land acquisition, project approvals, documentation, litigation, contracts, RERA compliance, regulatory matters, customer documentation, and corporate legal affairs, ensuring complete legal compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Land & Title Matters
• Conduct legal due diligence of land.
• Examine title documents, RORs, mutation records, settlement records, maps, conversion orders etc.
• Coordinate with advocates for Title Search Reports.
• Verify encumbrances and litigation.
