This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a Legal Manager- Capital Market- Wholesale Banking
Designation: Legal Manager- Capital Market- Wholesale Banking
Experience: 5-6 years of legal department of a good NBFC or a bank
Grade: Mid to Senior level
Education: LLB
Location : Mumbai
Job Role:
- Paperwork for consortiums, facility agreements, and loans;
- The preparation of security documents, such as mortgages, pledge agreements, and lien letters;
- Contract negotiations with clients;
- Team player who is eager to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Strong familiarity with the Companies Act and RBI regulations governing lending
