Location: Bangalore, KA, INDResponsibilities:

- Assisting the Legal team in Contract Drafting

- Legal Documentation

- Assisting on other Legal matters as and when required

- Legal vetting and drafting of ecommerce, lending and trade contracts.

- Legal research on regulatory issues

- Litigation support

- Internal stakeholder management and book keeping
