Legal Counsel for Production Houses

About the Role:

IN10 Media Private Limited is seeking a seasoned legal professional to join their team as a Manager Legal. As a key member of the company's legal department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's contract management strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from drafting and reviewing agreements to negotiating contracts with major production houses and studios. Your expertise will also be sought after in advising the company on complex legal matters, such as trademark protection and copyright infringement.

Key Qualifications:
• LL.B. or equivalent degree in law
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field
