Description of Work:
This role involves working closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of the company are in line with the highest standards of corporate governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing secretarial and statutory compliance requirements, preparing annual reports, and maintaining statutory registers and records. Additionally, you will provide legal advice and support to other departments as needed.
