Job Title: Legal Contract Specialist/ Legal Counsel(IT Contracts)
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 5-7 years
Role Summary:
Seeking a skilled legal professional with strong expertise in IT contracts, SaaS licensing, software services agreements, RFPs/RFQs (including Government RFPs), lease management, and commercial negotiations. The role will support end-to-end contract lifecycle management and provide strategic legal guidance to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage IT services agreements, SaaS contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, licensing, reseller, and procurement agreements.
• Review and support responses to commercial and government RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions.
• Identify legal, commercial, data privacy, IP, and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, delivery, and business teams to support deal closures.
• Maintain contract repositories, track obligations, and support audits and dispute resolution.
