Legal Associate-real Estate

*LLB **Degree from a recognized university in India
- At least 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry, either with a real estate firm or a law firm
- Knowledge of **land titles** and documentation processes
- Professional fluency in **Kannada(mandatory) **and **English**:

- Ability to work **efficiently **and **proactively **on multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality.
- Strong **verbal and analytical skills, drafting skills,** exceptional interpersonal and **communication **skills, cross-cultural skills and highly team-oriented.
• *Job duties would include**:

- Prepare, draft and finalize various agreements such as sale agreement, construction agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MoUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs, notices, title opinions, etc.
- Resolve legal queries raised by purchasers regarding property titles.
• *Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
