- Relationship Management
- Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and professional engagements with external entities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Support senior management in maintaining long-term professional relationships that support operational and strategic objectives.
2. Documentation &
- Communication Support
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing professional correspondence, communication notes, and formal documentation related to stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and reports for management following meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain structured records of communications, interactions, and ongoing liaisoning activities.
- Support internal teams by providing updates and insights from stakeholder discussions and field visits.
3. Research &
- Analytical Support
- Conduct research on industry developments, regional business environments, and potential expansion opportunities.
- Prepare analytical notes and reports to support internal planning and strategic initiatives.
- Track developments relevant to operational regions and maintain internal updates for management review.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments including Operations, Projects, Finance, Compliance, and Management to support smooth execution of business activities.
- Ensure timely coordination and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to external interactions and operational coordination.
5. Travel &
- Field Responsibilities
- The role requires extensive and frequent travel to industrial areas, operational locations, and potential project sites.
- The candidate must be flexible and available to travel at short notice, depending on operational and business requirements.
- Readiness to spend significant time on-site to facilitate coordination, relationship building, and business development activities.
- This is energetic and may evolve as organizational requirements expand.
