Job Description
Vacancy: Junior Associate – Deepak Singh Thakur & Associates
Location- 14A/59, W.E.A., Karol Bagh, Delhi-110005
Essential Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5 year course) from a recognized University
- 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation
-Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
- Proficiency in online filings both district and High Court
Nature of Work:
Drafting pleadings, applications, replies,
Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
Appearing before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals (as and when required)
Assisting in client meetings and case management
Remuneration: negotiable
