1) In-depth understanding of matters related to Land Acquisition , Should have good experience in drafting, vetting, reviewing of all land and legal Agreements
2) Undertaking legal search and legal document preparation.
3) Preparation of IP,ATS, POA , Sale deed and Lease deed documents.
4) Experience in handling all civil suits pertaining to land acquisition.
5) Procure search receipts and do legal due diligence .
