Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Mythri Builders. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate transactions and contracts, conducting legal research, providing legal advice and support to the company, and assisting in litigation matters. The Associate Lawyer will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in handling real estate transactions and contracts
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Adaptability to changing legal landscapes
• Law degree from a recognized university
