Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join our Superannuation Insurance team in Melbourne's CBD on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role offers the flexibility to work both from home and in the office, providing a balanced and dynamic working environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to grow and develop in a fast-paced role, leveraging their strong client service skills to provide exceptional support.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide accurate updates and information to clients in a timely manner, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
Oversee the administration of client files from opening to closure, maintaining a high standard of organisation.
Draft and produce client correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
Handle and action all incoming post promptly and efficiently.
Prepare and process client invoices with accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Perform a range of general administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Excellent and tactful communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Sound judgement in escalating issues or information to a supervisor when necessary.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
