Legal Assistant

HarperLloyd Recruitment is a legal specialist recruitment firm working with private practice firms, and we are looking for an intermediate/senior level Legal Assistant to join our client, who is a mid-tier national firm based in the Adelaide CBD. This role will work on a variety of Corporate Commercial matters, and will see you support 2 Partners, alongside another PA.



The matters you will work on will be for private and public sector clients and include mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, IP and general corporate and commercial matters.



You can expect to complete the following duties in your day:

Diary, email and travel management;
Opening and closing files;
Monthly billing;
Drafting correspondence and documents;
Brief preparation; and
General PA support to your team.

About you:

You have a minimum of 2yrs experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally from a CC background.
Executive Assistants from other professional service industries are welcome to apply.
Law students who can work full-time are encouraged to apply. This Firm offers a graduate program which internal applicants are encouraged to apply too.
Experience with monthly billing and diary management is highly desirable, but can be taught
