Legal and Sales support executive

Job Title: Legal Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including MSA (Master Service Agreements), NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements), Purchase Orders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and Sales Agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and company standards.
• Provide support in contract negotiations and legal compliance processes.
• Ensure attention to detail in all documentation to minimize risk and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of legal terms and contract structures.
• Educational background in Law or related legal domain is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
