Morgan Spencer Limited is an impressive, well-known and well-established property company based in the heart of Central London. We are currently seeking a skilled Leasing Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive retail success within property leasing. This will involve working closely with colleagues to align marketing strategies with business goals and managing budgets, tracking pipelines and spend.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain top tenants
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Helping manage budgets, track pipelines and spend.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with colleagues to align marketing strategies with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven marketing experience gained within the retail leasing market.
• Strong understanding of the retail real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an ongoing temporary role of at least six months, possibly longer. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office.
