About the Role
You will play a critical role in our leasing process—responding to inquiries, booking viewings, showing properties, answering questions, processing applications, and generating leases. This is a fast-paced, position ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is ready to hit the ground running to secure high-quality tenants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leasing & Tenant Engagement
Respond to rental inquiries across multiple platforms and book viewings in a timely and professional manner
Show available rental properties to prospective tenants
Assist with screening applications, including reference and background checks
Follow up with prospects and actively work to close leases
Advertise and market available units to ensure high visibility
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience for tenants
Address tenant questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records and organize leasing documentation
Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed
Support the leasing team with day-to-day administrative duties

2 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or sales
