Negotiate lease terms with applicants, balancing company policies with customer needs to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Process applications, verify references, and coordinate background checks to ensure compliance with leasing standards.
Maintain organized filing systems for lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and other administrative records.
Foster strong customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service, encouraging long-term tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
Prior experience with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Demonstrated office experience with proficiency in data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
Strong sales skills combined with exceptional customer service abilities to engage prospects effectively.
Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements that meet both client needs and company policies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for building rapport with prospects and residents.
