Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Advisor to lead the development and delivery of our learning approach for the Te Au Reka programme. This critical role will equip our diverse learner groups with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage with our new digital solution.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, scoping, design, and delivery of sustainable learning pathways, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will collaborate with our Change and Process teams, operational groups, and key stakeholders to develop the learning approach.
Key Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in learning and development, particularly within large-scale transformation or digital initiatives
Expertise in adult learning principles and up-to-date understanding of best practices, trends, and innovations in Learning and Development
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
