Learning Facilitator

At Radiance A. B. Lodha Memorial Foundation in Nashik, we’re seeking Learning Facilitators for our Primary (3–6 years) and Elementary (6–+ years) classrooms. You’ll guide children with empathy, curiosity, and an open heart, fostering a nurturing environment where everyone grows together.

We are looking for someone who:

• Cherishes children deeply: You respect each child’s individuality, honoring their unique pace, passions, and potential.

• Listens and observes keenly: You tune into the subtle ways children explore, question, and connect, responding with care and purpose.
• Loves storytelling: You’re passionate about books and narratives that ignite curiosity and link children to the world around them.
• Sparks interdisciplinary curiosity: You’re excited to inspire exploration across science, arts, history, music, and nature, weaving wonder into learning.

Brings wisdom and presence: Degrees aren’t necessary—we value life experience, adaptability, and a grounded approach to guiding young minds.
