Learning & Development Trainers – EdTech (Onsite/Hybrid)
Location: Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite/Hybrid)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Senior Training Specialists (7+ years mandatory) to deliver onsite training to school teachers on our software platforms and digital solutions. The role involves regional travel and hands-on training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct onsite and hybrid training sessions in schools
• Train teachers on software, LMS, and digital tools
• Deliver product demonstrations and workshops
• Create training materials and digital assets
• Provide post-training support and ensure product adoption
• Coordinate with school management and submit reports
