The Learning Development Manager (Hotel) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance employee performance and support the organization's strategic goals. This role plays a key part in developing a culture of continuous learning within the hospitality environment, ensuring staff are skilled, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis
Assess current and future learning needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department heads.
Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Learning Program Design Delivery
Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, customer service, leadership, health safety, and compliance.
Use a variety of learning methods (in-person workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, etc.).
Partner with external training providers when necessary.
Talent Development
Design career development paths and succession planning strategies for high-potential employees.
Support management development and leadership programs.
Performance Quality
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Ensure alignment with guest service standards and brand values.
Monitor training compliance, including certifications and legal requirements.
Learning Systems Tools
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking training attendance and completion.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Employee Engagement
Promote a culture of learning through internal campaigns, recognition programs, and development initiatives.
Coach and mentor staff and managers to support their development goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

The Learning Development Manager (Hotel) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance employee performance and support the organization's strategic goals. This role plays a key part in developing a culture of continuous learning within the hospitality environment, ensuring staff are skilled, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
