We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Lead Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of video editing, narrative structuring, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram), and their algorithms.

This role involves managing the video editing process, writing compelling scripts, and optimizing content for maximum engagement across social media platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, action-driven video content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Familiarity with SEO practices and how video content fits within a broader digital marketing strategy.
• * Experience leading creative strategies is required.
• * Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar editing software.
• * Scriptwriting Experience: Ability to write engaging, concise scripts tailored to specific video content goals.
