GoEddie is an AI-powered self-study platform for JEE and NEET students. We are focused on helping students improve their ranks by improving the way they do self-study using AI capabilities.

Our goal is to solve a critical gap in preparation. Students practice a large number of questions but often do not see proportional improvement in performance. GoEddie helps identify mistakes, improve clarity, and make self-study more effective and structured.

We are currently in a growth phase and are looking to build a strong sales function to support our expansion.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of building and scaling the sales function across both B2C and B2B2C channels. This role requires someone who can execute, experiment, and build systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

B2B2C (Institutes, Schools, Communities)
• Identify and onboard coaching institutes, schools, and student communities as distribution partners
• Build and manage partnerships that drive student acquisition at scale
• Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat adoption and expansion
• Track partner performance and optimize channel efficiency

B2C (Direct to Students/Parents)
• Own the end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and retentio
• Convert inbound leads from Instagram, paid campaigns, and organic channels into paying customers
• Conduct calls, demos, and follow-ups with students and parents
• Track and improve metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and revenue per user

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Hindi and English
• Comfortable with calling, pitching, and closing deals on a daily basis
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve funnels
• High ownership and execution-oriented approach
