Lead Recruiter

Job Title: Lead Recruiter (US IT Recruiter) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Shift: Night Shift Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA Location: Lal Kothi, Opposite Motisons Tower --- Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter for US IT recruitment who can handle end-to-end recruitment along with team management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for US-based IT roles. --- Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process - Manage and lead a team of recruiters - Work on various IT requirements such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients - Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates - Ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets - Train and mentor junior recruiters - Maintain reports and track recruitment metrics --- Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment - Proven experience in team handling or leadership role - Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting - Experience working with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in night shift - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Target-driven mindset --- Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling direct clients or implementation partners - Strong network of IT candidates in the US market - Ability to close positions quickly with quality profiles --- Note: Senior candidates who are ready to take up a leadership/lead role are most welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
