Salary Range: $113,260 – $210,340 CAD (plus incentive programs)
Core Responsibilities
Engineering & Automation: Designing and scaling automated test solutions, specifically for cloud-based APIs and high-performing systems.
Strategy & Metrics: Defining quality KPIs (defect density, pass rates) and evolving quality standards across the organization.
Leadership: Mentoring teams through code/test reviews and embedding a "quality-first" culture within the SDLC.
Innovation: Applying modern techniques, including AI-enabled testing and automated test generation.

Technical Depth: Extensive experience in test automation and quality engineering within modern software environments.
