Position: Lead Media Manager
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 8+ Years
Education: Master’s in Mass Communication (Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute Preferred)
Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Media Manager to lead media and communication efforts in the field of governance and political media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Rajasthan’s media, political, and governance ecosystem, with hands-on experience in public relations and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Strategy & Public Relations - Plan and execute targeted media campaigns. Build strong relationships with media outlets and ensure effective communication aligned with political and governance goals.
• Governance & Political Communication - Craft and manage narratives around key governance initiatives and political activities. Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.
• Content Development & Public Engagement - Lead creation of articles, op-eds, columns, and other opinion-driven content. Develop strategies to engage audiences and influence public sentiment.
• Podcast & Audio Strategy - Design and manage production of podcasts focused on political themes, social issues, and governance in Rajasthan.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in media management, political PR, or strategic communication
• Demonstrated expertise in media outreach, public relations, political content creation, and podcasting
• Deep understanding of Rajasthan’s political, social, and media landscape
• Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Master’s degree in Mass Communication from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
• Candidates from Rajasthan will be given the highest preference
