Roles and Responsibilities
Taking care of end to end HR functions for a small but growing professionally managed recruitment company. This is an individual contributor role taking care of hiring (recruiters), training, development, performance management, administration and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have good knowledge of standard HR, administration & compliance for a small company. Should have experience to set-up the professional HR dept. from scratch scalable in to world class HR dept.
This role will give an opportunity to passionate HR professional to set-up all the HR and Compliance for a growing organisation and will be playing a key role in the scaling up of the operations.
Please note - We would be happy to offer this role to professionals who have had experience in HR function in the past and may have taken a break due to personal reason and now are looking for opportunities to work full time in HR function.
Also, Seventh Contact Hiring Solutions is based in Kharadi, Pune. Hence, we prefer people based in Pune. This will be a work from home opportunity with need based visits to office. This will be a full time role.
