About the Role
The role involves leading and managing housekeeping operations for the upcoming Luxury Residences in Jio World Centre, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage housekeeping operations for the upcoming Luxury Residences in Jio World Centre, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee daily activities such as laundry, linen supply, waste disposal, and maintenance of equipments.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet guest requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations of the property.
Qualifications
• 15-20 years of experience in Housekeeping operations with Luxury Hotels, Luxury Residences, facility management or soft services industry.
• BHM / BHMCT degree from a reputed Hotel Management institute.
• Proven track record of managing Luxury hotels/residential properties or similar environments.
Required Skills
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with luxury clientele.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
