Lead Hospitality

Responsibilities
• Drive the expansion of Adani Airports’ City Side hotels as the lead for Hospitality expansion..
• Lead the hospitality financial and market feasibility analysis processes for all cities and investments
• Interface with hotel brand companies, owners, managers, etc. including negotiation of key business terms and hotel management agreements
• Assess and secure best-suited hotel operators for Adani Airports’ City Side hotels.
• Lead and coordinate the Hospitality consultant selection, effort and commercials
• Advise Adani Airports’ CSD leadership regarding hospitality market trends and developments, especially those that may impact or hold potential for impact on the Adani Group
• Manage the complete life cycle for Adani Airports’ CSD Hotels, acting as the development liaison for all internal as well as external stakeholders wherever necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 15-17 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a focus on hotel and business development.
