• 1. Experience in business development, sales, or client handling — ideally in construction, real estate.
• 2. Freshers with strong communication and learning attitudes may also be considered.
• 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• 4. Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
• 5. Ability to understand technical services (like MEP, structure, or sustainability) and explain them simply to clients.
• 6. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email communication.
• 7. Strong sense of ownership, persistence, and goal orientation.
