Job Description:
• Lead the Digital Asset POD comprising Product, Business, Technology, Operations, and partner teams across development, SIT, testing, and rollout, while working closely with functional SPOCs from Risk, Compliance, Credit, and Service Quality to build robust, scalable, and customer-centric asset journeys.
• Drive decision-making on the asset journey roadmap, backlog prioritization, process exceptions, and regulatory innovation initiatives in collaboration with POD members and key stakeholders to ensure timely, well-governed, compliant, and business-aligned execution.
• Lead RBIH and ULI related initiatives with a strong focus on driving automation and digitization of services, while enabling platform resilience and continuity through partnership with multiple TSPs on the ULI platform.
• Drive process and system design, sprint planning, product backlog prioritization. Timely delivery of the sprint along with respective SQUADS from the IT
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Engineering Graduate or any graduation or Post Graduation or Preferred M. Tech/MCA
• 10-15 years of overall experience
• 3-4 years of experience in managing asset journeys in Fintech or Banks
• 3-4 years of experience in people management and cross functional team
• Preferred in digital transformation, product management, or process optimization
• Hands-on experience in digital lending and onboarding (scorecards, BRE and lending services)
• Strong understanding of asset products, lead management, loan origination and servicing processes (VF/HL/M-LAP/PL/BL)
