Lead Coordinator

Lead & Finance Coordinator Used Autos Calgary is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Lead & Finance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage customer leads, follow up on credit applications, collect required documents, maintain accurate records, and support our sales and finance departments. You'll be a key part of delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Follow up with new and existing leads by phone, text, email, and social media. Manage and follow up on credit applications. Collect and review pay stubs, proof of income, driver's licences, and other required documents. Maintain accurate customer files using Dealertrack, GoHighLevel, and internal CRM systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales and finance team. Update and maintain Google Sheets and internal tracking systems. Communicate with customers through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ensure every lead receives prompt and professional follow-up.
