Title: Lead, Clinical Quality Improvement
Salary: $107,671 - $134,88+ per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Regular, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours +am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid or Remote (50% in office).This role requires occasional travel within the province. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer 2026.

About the role The Clinical Quality Lead supports the development and implementation of an FNHA framework, methodology and processes, including communication tools, to monitor, develop responses to and report on quality, care and safety issues using a two-eyed seeing perspective. Together with the team, the Clinical Quality Lead facilitates nursing service efforts to ensure that quality improvement and client experience activities are aligned with strategic priorities, are evidenced-based, complies with regulatory and accreditation standards, and uplifts Indigenous ways of knowing/being/doing.
About you To be successful in this role you will have:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Additional training, education, or experience related to First Nations health and healing
BCCDC Immunization Competency Course completion
One (1) year plus experience in public health practice is preferred
Project Management training preferred
Occupational Certification
Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
Formal quality improvement, change management, and/or innovation training/education and certification (Quality Academy, IHI Improvement Advisor Certificate, ASQ Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
Formal training in Patient Safety (e.g. CPPS, IHI Patient Safety Officer) is preferred

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
