Job Overview
The Lead Carpenter will oversee daily jobsite operations, perform advanced carpentry tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and the confidence to read and interpret plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project managers
Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and general construction and renovation tasks
Oversee and adhere to all jobsite safety protocols, organization, and cleanliness
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
Ensure high-quality workmanship, customer service and attention to detail
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of services
Utilize hand tools, and power tools to achieve precise craftsmanship
Must provide own basic hand tools- all other tools are provided
Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
Company vehicle provided to job sites
Experience
5+ Years of professional carpentry and renovation experience including time as a lead or foreman
Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on remodeling or restoration projects
Extensive background in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing carpentry, cabinetry installation, renovations, tile, roofing, basic plumbing and electrical
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for complex projects
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across multiple trades including plumbing and electrical work
Ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
