We at Coforge are hiring Lead AWS Data Engineer with following skillset:
• As a Technical Lead in Data Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on Big Data platforms and AWS S3.
• You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance, enabling our organization to make data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on Big Data platforms and AWS S3.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Implement best practices for data management, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering and Big Data.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Data Engineer.
• Good understanding of Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and AWS S3.
• Good understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
