Tailorworks Company is looking for a highly creative and visionary leader to define and lead the next phase of our fashion, collection, and retail experience journey.
We are seeking a luxury fashion professional with a strong design sensibility, refined aesthetic understanding, and proven experience working with reputed designer brands and premium fashion houses. The ideal candidate should have the capability to build collections, define brand language, lead creative teams, and shape the overall customer experience across product, campaigns, and stores.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and evolve the overall design language and creative vision of Tailorworks Company
• Lead seasonal, couture, bespoke, and luxury ready-to-wear collections from concept to launch
• Build signature silhouettes, fits, detailing standards, and garment aesthetics for the brand
• Lead and mentor the design team across menswear, womenswear, couture, and occasion wear
• Oversee fabric selection, trims, embroidery direction, finishes, color stories, and overall product development
• Work closely with production, pattern, sampling, and merchandising teams to ensure execution quality
• Drive collection launch planning including styling, visual direction, campaigns, shoots, and presentation concepts
• Define luxury retail and store experience standards including VM direction, customer experience, display concepts, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with marketing, content, social media, and creative teams to maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all platforms
• Build long-term creative strategies aligned with the growth vision of Tailorworks Company
Requirements
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, bespoke, or premium designer wear
• Must come from a reputed fashion design background and a recognized fashion institute
• Prior experience working with reputed designer brands, luxury labels, or premium fashion houses is mandatory
• Robust expertise in collection development, luxury garment construction, embroidery, fabrics, trims, and finishing
• Excellent understanding of luxury retail aesthetics, customer experience, and fashion presentation
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Deep understanding of global luxury fashion trends with the ability to adapt them into the Tailorworks design philosophy
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and creative direction skills
• Ability to independently lead end-to-end creative projects and collection launches
Preferred Experience
• Experience in couture, occasion wear, bespoke tailoring, or luxury fashion
• Exposure to store launch concepts and luxury retail environments
• Experience working on campaign styling, fashion shoots, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of both Indian and international luxury fashion markets
