Job Description
Responsibilities:
Leading stakeholder engagements to define analytics needs and translating them into technical requirements
Identifying relevant data sources and alternatives to ensure comprehensive analytics
Conducting complex data analyses to derive actionable business insights using advanced tools
Querying and integrating data from platforms like Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
Performing exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and identifying key business drivers
Developing predictive models for sales, demand, and other critical business metrics
Evaluating campaign results to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Presenting analytical findings through narrative-driven reports and visualizations to executives
Collaborating with IT and data science teams to enhance data warehousing and business intelligence platforms
Mentoring junior analysts and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives within the analytics team
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
