Value Realization: Help measure ROI and guide customers toward desired outcomes.
Retention and Expansion: Collaborate with teams to find upselling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Advocacy: Promote customer success stories and support long-term goal planning.
Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and partners to develop campaigns and align strategies.
