- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national property laws and regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies, property consultants, and internal departments for legal documentation and approvals.
- Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation of property-related legal files.
• *Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property law.
- Strong understanding of property documentation, registration laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and legal projects simultaneously.
