The Opportunity
We are looking for a strong Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join our highly successful Corporate practice group. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers as well as our Growth, Tech and Marketing teams to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including the sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and not-for-profit advice.
This position is ideal for a mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients. Experience managing people is preferred.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified with strong academics: You are a recent law graduate with strong grades and are either already admitted as a Lawyer or will be admitted by the end of June 2026
Wants to do things differently and isn't the average law graduate: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are keen to grow as a lawyer in an innovative NewLaw environment
Attentive: Brilliant attention to detail - nothing ever slips through the cracks
Efficient: Prioritises effectively, focuses on what matters and works productively
Commercial: Demonstrates business acumen and cares about business growth (including helping to grow LegalVision further)
