Genesis Interlocking Custom Landscaping is gearing up for another exciting season and we're on the lookout for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our crew as Landscape Labourers for the 2025 season. We focus on high-end landscaping and hardscaping projects that turn average yards into showpieces—and we’re looking for people who take pride in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Moving and placing materials with wheelbarrows, shovels, and other tools
Installing sod, working with soil, and general landscape preparation
Performing various tasks like raking, digging, and leveling
Assisting in building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more
Helping plant trees, shrubs, and install garden beds
Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a love for working outdoors
The ability to work effectively with others and maintain a respectful attitude on-site
Physically fit and capable of lifting 60+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working in all types of weather and putting in long hours when needed
A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable means of getting to various job sites
Steel-toe boots are required on all job sites
Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators is a bonus
Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or similar trades is an asset
