Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong ability to drive sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and care.
Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is organized and well-stocked.
Uphold company standards for cleanliness and organization within the store.
Requirements

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
